Wedding Videography deposits are non-refundable once paid, regardless of notice — wedding dates are held exclusively and other clients are turned away for them.
Reschedule requests made 48+ hours out: one free reschedule, subject to availability. Inside 48 hours, a reschedule is treated the same as a cancellation.
If Core Authority Studios needs to cancel or reschedule (illness, emergency, equipment failure), clients receive a full refund or priority rebooking, their choice.
Remaining balance is due in full before filming begins — filming will not start without it.
30+ min late with no word: session may be shortened or canceled — fees stay non-refundable.
Each package includes its listed revisions; extra revisions can be added on.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
